Polypropylene is widely in all forms of carpeting, ropes , area rugs, non-woven fabric, wire , pipes. all these are easily to get on fire, they should be fire retardancy. here we suggest our PP flame retardants models for your choice: 

UL94 environmenal Flame retardants:

P-23 PP flame retardant: UL 94 v0 level, dosage 4%-6%, work for Copo-PP and homo-PP both, For injection and extrusion: flame resistant still workable for 0.3mm super thin sheets.

P-25 PP flame retardant: UL 94 v0 level, dosage 4%-6%, work for Copo-PP and homo-PP both, For injection

P-26 PP flame retardant: UL 94 v0 level, dosage 4%-6%, work for Copo-PP and homo-PP both, For extrusion

P-15 PP flame retardant: UL 94 v2 level, dosage 3-6%, homo-PP, 

P-16 PP flame retardant: UL 94 v2 level, dosage 4-6%, Copo-PP, 

P-28 PET flame retardant:  UL 94 v0 level, dosage 8%-10%, work for PET,

P-27 PE flame retardant: UL 94 v0 level, dosage 8%-10%, work for PE,

Production Note of the Flame Retardant :

1)Pre-drying still required? YES, temperature _90℃__ and duration __2 hours__

2)Optimum Extrusion / Injection temperature __200℃__ Maximum temperature _220℃__

3)please dont not add any color masterbatch, balck , white, whatever colors. also no fillers like cac03, baso4 all inorganic fillers

4)When conduct the test, please wait a while(let it cool down) before conduct second  buring after the first 10s buring.
