A-669K helps PP PE to solve breaking problem after adding 40% caco3
Calcium carbonate CaCO3 is widely used in plastics industry as the fillers to reduce the plastics product cost . some customer might even add 50% or more Calcium carbonate for some very competitive plastics products like garbage bags or woven bags .
But some problems happened after adding high percentage of CaCo3, stiffness improved and make the plastic products easily get fragile, poor flexibility ,poor strength ,and easily getting broken .
Recently we have indonesia customers using 40% to 50% CaCo3 in their PE PP bags productIon, everything is fine and nice but compatibility and toughnes is very poor and easily gettting broken , and resort to solve this problem.
We suggest to use JINDAQUAN ARGIOPE® A-669k PP PE impact modifier ,which is not only improve the impact strength /elongation strength / softness /flexibility to solve the broken problem ,but also improve the compatibility for the polymers with the fillers . this will help increase the strength better .
And Meanwhile we suggest to use add the gloss additives if they think their PP PE Products is too dull without any gloss and brightness after adding so many caco3 .
