Customer tested our ABS impact modifier A-688 compare with HRG

     Argiope®A-688 Impact Modifier for ABS is good one for the modification of ABS, with good elastomeric behaviour . which is multiple components including the compatibilizer Mah grafted and impact strength improvment active chemicals bring excellent notch impact strength , softness ,flexibility , toughness ,elasticity and compatibility . thus contribute to overall characteristic improvement best and nearly not effec other properties much .

  Our Thailand customer who mainly produces the ABS automotive part injection products , and tested our Argiope® A-688 ABS Impact Modifier 5% and  compare with HRG *10%. and test results shows our A-688 ABS Impact modifier gives better overall characteristic . 

From the test table , we could see by adding A-688 ABS impact modifier *5%  ,the Notched Izod impact Strength nearly reach  14.6 kJ/m 2 . meanwhile HRG need to add 10% to reach 15.7 kJ/m 2. 

As We know Impact Modifier as additives , the less dosage added is better , because this ensure the purity of the polymer resins , and also could ensure less impact on the other polymers other resins . 

The Thailans customer is very satified with the test results of our A-688 ABS impact modifier , and would like to order 10t for The Automative injection part production .
