B: Normally for big size/dimension Plastic products , the Production cycle takes much longer time.  especially when the products come out from the mold which is not easy and need to add additive to smooth it . 

On the one hand , we have Mold Release Agent to accelerate the product come out smoothly from the mold , 

On the other hand , could use the mfi modifier to improve the plastic melting flow index , when the flow is faster ,then whole production process is faster , and then thus to shorten the production cycle time . 

And there's a successful customer case share with plastic factories who are facing same or similar problems :

GEO factory is mainly produce the PP Transparent big container (Storage Box ) , the biggest size is around 1.5m*0.5m*1m. they are facing 3 problems need to solve , 

1. During the transportation , the PP transparent container have some kind of broken problem, so we suggest to use ARGIOPE® A-8523 PP impact Modifier to improve the impact strength ,toughness ,flexibility to solve the broken problem . meanwhile not effect the transparency.

2. because the mold is very big and deep ,which makes the PP container come out from the mold with very slow speed ,even sometimes hard to get out , and which effect the production efficiency a lot . so we suggest them to use our Modified Mold release agent to make the mold release more smoothly .
