Virgin transparent PC is high cost, its better to use recycled PC to reduce the cost . but recycled PC properties is poor , like easily getting broken because less flexibility , less toughness ,and left toghness ,and impact strength also much poor to compare with virgin PC . 

So how to reduce the production cost ,while ensure the highe quality PC products , expecially when its a transparent PC application . below are the formulas mostly using by  customers and test good results with satisfatory PC quality products . 

1. (100% )recycled PC + ARGIOPE A-863 PC transparent impact modifier( 2-4% )

2. (50%) virgin PC + ( 50% )recycled PC + ARGIOPE A-863 PC transparent impact modifier( 2-4% )

3. (75%) virgin PC + ( 25% )recycled PC + ARGIOPE A-863 PC transparent impact modifier( 2-4% )

4. (25%) virgin PC + ( 75% )recycled PC + ARGIOPE A-863 PC transparent impact modifier( 2-4% )

ARGIOPE A-863 PC transparent impact modifier, not only improve the impact strength , toughness ,flexibility and softness , but also not effect the PC transparency.
