Do ARGIOPE A-868 PET impact modifiers get caking when predry together with PET ?

B: NO, A-868 Wont have cakign problem at all !
As we know PET Polyesters polyemers very easily to absorbing the moisture, must redry the PET to remove the moisture before produce the PET injection /extrusion/ blowing /casting products. Or the PET products will get very cracking and easily get broken.
But some PET impact modifiers in the market mostly get caking problem after predry together with the PET, it is because their PET impact modifiers formulas are basing on soft rubbers which have very low Vicat temperature softening point around 65-70 centidegree only . While the the PET predry temperature requests at least 165 centidegree. when predry their PET impact modifiers with PET under 165℃, the soft rubbers based PET impact modifier already get very soft like melting and sticky with the PET granules,this is calling caking problem (agglomeration), and this caking will stuck in the feeding throat of the matchines , which will bring very unconvenient process problems for PET product production
