Why I cant get good test result by adding your Plastic Impact modifier ?
A: Why i cant get good test result by adding your Impact modifier
B : May i know what dosage you adding our impact modifier ?
A: 1%, 2%
B: ARIGOPE® Impact Modifier granule dosage is 2-4% and impact strength could improve around 30-50% generally by izod impact strenth tester.
and 1% is not even meet our minimum dosage requirement, and the plastic based raw materials also effect the impact modifier performance , and also some customer test it by hand filling or by violence throwing/dropping test, not by lab matchine ,and 2% dosage might not see the obvious improvement in this kind of test .
So we sugest add higher dosage Plastic Impact Modifier to test and also by lab test , whose result is more objective .
