A: Why theres test difference on transparent impact modifier test result?
B: There are several reasons that cause the impact modifier test result difference :
1. Some customers using hand mixing instead of high speed mixer , which cause the mixture not even, and lead to Impact Modifier test result diference.
2. After add the transparent impact modifier to make injection or extrusion specimens to test , due to matchine processing not stable , which causes specimens thickness and
thinness not even in same specimens. finally lead to Impact Modifier test result diference.
3. when clamp the impact modifier specimens in the test matchine to do test , the specimens position setting not same which cause test results differen
4. some impurities left in the matchine which hard to clean well , but because our impact modifier have very high visicosity which pull out the impurities out in the materials ,cause the test result difference .
